The Billy Graham Christian Worker’s Handbook was developed for the use of people who volunteer at telephone ministry centers during telecasts of Mr. Graham’s crusades. It has also been used by Christian ministers and laypersons in a wide variety of other witnessing and ministry situations. Crusade telephone volunteers have found, through the years, that those
who call tend to do so for one of three reasons: to respond to the Gospel for the first time, to rededicate themselves to Christ, or to express concern about a special need. This Handbook is designed to address those three areas.
