Knowing God is realizing who he is and what he is capable of doing. It is who you know you that you follow. The bible gives example “I know my sheep and my sheep know me”. For a sheep to know and believe in a shepherd, the have heard and know who he is and he is able to lead them (sheep) aright, not astray. It is who you know you will be delighted in spending the
rest of your life with. Sometimes, you might have been following him without asking where the one taking the lead is heading to. That is trust because you cannot get lost. It is who you know that you hand over anything in your care to be it your property, and also able to keep that which I have committed onto him against that day believing in whom you know, you will be desperate to do things that are detriment to you.
